Jorge Suarez DVM

Dr. Jorge Suarez is an experienced veterinarian currently specializing in Emergency and Critical Care (ER, ICU). He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the Agrarian University of Havana in 2011. Dr. Suarez is dedicated to continuous learning and is currently pursuing certifications and advanced education, including becoming a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT), a General Practitioner in Small Animal Surgery, and the American Board of Veterinary Practitioner (ABVP).

Driven by a passion for veterinary medicine since the age of 7, Dr. Suarez envisioned a career focused on saving animals in critical condition and performing surgeries. His journey has led him to find fulfillment in successfully diagnosing and treating critical cases, especially witnessing the recovery of animals with limb fractures after surgical interventions.

Outside of work, Dr. Suarez values traveling the world with his family to explore different cultures. Married for 15 years to his beloved wife, he cherishes his time with their two children, Carolina and Jorge Anibal. The family also shares their home with a loving Labradoodle. In his free time, Dr. Suarez enjoys fishing, playing the piano and guitar.
